Episode Three - First Elimination

"I actually think the photo shoot went quite well," smiled Fahimah as she sat in the confession room in the evening in her pyjamas. "I really loved my dress and I thought the brief was right up my street since I reckon the more glamorous photo shoots are my forte."

The morning after the photo shoot, Paige, Bronte and Emmy were sitting around the kitchen island eating their breakfast.
"Are you guys nervous for panel today?" Paige inquired.
"Nah," said Emmy as she finished off her bowl of cereal. "I mean, I don't think I did as well as some of the other people but I wouldn't say I had a bad shot."
"I wish I could think the same," said Bronte. "Whilst I was on set the nerves kicked in and I found it difficult to relax."
"The ability to stay calm is a trait you'll find very useful in this industry. Take a bath later and I'll let you borrow some of my candles and bath salts."
"Aw, thanks Emmy."

"It's my pleasure." she turned back to Paige. "What about you, Paige? Are you nervous?"
She smiled. "Of course not. The photographer kept commenting on how well I was doing and I think we got the shot in the first few frames."

----

Over in the studio at around five o'clock, Delosa Phan was discussing the pictures with the two other judges: Charity Bell and Christian Roberts, before the contestants joined them for panel.
"It's interesting because when we first saw the girls, there were a few stand out competitors who stood out with their personality and looks, but after this photo shoot I'm seeing some real dark horses emerging already." Christian commented.

Charity nodded in agreement. "Mona looks like a true high fashion model in person, but in this picture she looks flat and I don't think the pose fits the brief at all."
Delosa, the host of the show and supermodel, looked over each of the girls' pictures again. "It's going to be a tough decision so the public's votes will definitely have an impact on this week's results."

----

"I'm freaking out for panel today," Emma said as she continued picking at her nail varnish, a habit she had for whenever she was anxious. "Aimee and Emmy have been calming me down since they're both so tranquil. Fahimah's been giving a pep talk to Bronte because Sue went around telling everyone their faults, which is utterly ridiculous and stupid. Honestly, I don't want to go home yet and I'll be so disappointed in myself if I do."

Amanda sat in the confession room a few minutes before they had to leave for panel. "I think my time might be up. I know my pictures weren't up to scratch." she admitted. "I just haven't felt comfortable with this whole experience and I've found it hard to connect to any of the other people in the house."

----

Delosa greeted the girls with a smile as they entered panel for the first time. Nervous faces filled the room, as no one wanted to be the first to go home. Some girls were more confident than others, but no one was really sure they were safe.

"I assume you've heard of our judges. The beautiful man next to me is Christian Roberts, a successful designer whose clothes have been worn by many well known style icons such as Whitney Port and Cara Delevingne. Then there's Charity Bell, the woman to my left, who is an editor for vogue.com and assists with many stylings on photo shoots."

They all smiled at the judges and quietly said hello before Delosa got down to business. "Your photo shoot this week had a classic bridesmaid gown theme. The judges and I have analysed your pictures, and the public have cast their votes so now I can reveal that the best picture of the week goes to..."

"Fahimah! Congratulations. We're going to be expecting this level of quality from now on."
"Thank you so much, I won't let you down." Fahimah grinned as she collected her picture and took her place at the side of the room, nervously watching panel continue.

Delosa continued to read names out in order of best to worst until she was left with a final two. "Victoria.. Paige.. Morgan.. Emma.. Emmy.. Sue.. Aimee.. Mona."
Mona breathed a sigh of relief after being spared from the final two.
"Would Amanda and Bronte please step forward."

"Amanda. You're in the bottom two because your picture was seen as weak and didn't really sell the clothes. And Bronte, your face held no emotion so you need to work on your smise. So who goes home?"

Amanda and Bronte looked at each other, offering their fellow contestant a reassuring smile even though neither of them wanted to leave yet.

"Amanda. Please go back to the house, pack your bags, and go home. You will not be Sims Next Top Model."
"Thank you for the opportunity." she said quietly, holding back tears.

----

"I'm very surprised I was the first to be eliminated since I think I have much more potential than many of the other girls left in the house. No one wants to be the first to leave but I suppose someone had to be and I'm proud of myself to get this far out of the thousands of applicants."

Episode One - Greetings!

"This house is freaking fabulous!" cried Morgan as she sat in the confession room. She flicked some of her hair aside and couldn't keep the grin off her face. "All the girls I've spoken to so far are lovely, but some of them are definitely a little quirky, especially Sue Flay. To be honest, I don't even think that's her real name."

"So what does everyone do for a living?" asked Fahimah as she and a few of the other girls sat in the living room as the large floor-length windows flooded the room with light. "I myself just took a break from my internship with the heart surgery department in Pleasantview."
"How did you decide to go from surgery to modelling?" asked Emmy, the girl with the bright turquoise hair from the distant Strangetown.
"Well they've both been passions of mine for a while now and since I'm twenty-two I don't have very long left to apply for this show so I thought I'd just take the leap and go for it."

Sue started giggling to herself as she stared off into the distance.
"Are you alright there?" asked Emmy.
"I'm a toilet attendant. I travel around the towns taking care of those porcelain beauties and no one ever thanks me for it. I'd rather be a toilet attendant than a surgeon any day! You know what they say about heart surgeons." she laughed.
Fahimah was a little disgruntled. "No I don't, what do they say?"
Sue continued to laugh to herself. "I'm craving a bakewell tart."

A little while later, Aimee and Emma were chatting to each other in the bedroom as they sat on the floor in the corner. "Do you think you see anyone as big competition yet?"
"Hmm.." Emma pondered. "Going by looks I'm going to say Fahimah, Paige and Bronte. They definitely have very versatile looks that are suited for big brand names."
"I kind of agree. I suppose the makeovers will change all of that though."
"I'm dreading my makeover," said Emma. "It's taken me ages to grow my hair this long and get it to the colour I want. They'll probably make me get rid of my piercings too."

"Delosa mail!" Paige ecstatically called out, interrupting everyone's conversation so that they would gather round to read the letter that had been left for everyone.

After Paige had finished reading it out, half the girls wondered what the last sentence could mean, whilst the other half moaned about having to get up and ready so early.
"It couldn't be bridesmaid gowns, that's too simple."
"Maybe there's a twist!"
"It's the first photo shoot, it's going to be easy."

"Some of the girls are worried their hairstyles aren't suited for fancy bridesmaid gowns," said Sue as she sat in the confession room whilst the others were eating dinner. "All I can say to that is a massive 'HA!' because I don't even have any hair. I shaved it all off one day when I was worried about getting chemicals in my golden locks, plus my grandma died when her hair got caught in an aeroplane engine."
